As a Coag Sales Specialist you will be responsible for: Driving instrument capital and reagent/consumable sales in the Coagulation product lines. This position operates as a key member of the local sales team which includes the Diagnostic sales force. The team works collectively to exceed annual revenue targets.
Responsibilities
• Works closely with Diagnostic sales force to identify customers who are in the buying cycle for new Coagulation equipment. These targets will include both current customers as well as new prospect opportunities.
• Coordinates all sales opportunity-based activities including but not limited to technical presentations, financial proposals, customer references and site visits, positioning Siemens solutions versus competitive options, equipment demonstrations, contracting and negotiating, and working with customer throughout the implementation process when the sale is closed.
• Exhibits keen Customer Relationship Management skills utilizing Siemen’s CRM systems to insure appropriate Sales Funnel Activity, Opportunity progression through the funnel, and Sales Forecasting. Will complete individual activity tracking and business review reporting as requested. Utilizes strategic account planning tools to communicate account strategies across organization.
• The Specialist will be responsible for cultivating long term relationships with key account decision makers ultimately insuring they are a referenceable account. In addition, they will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to exceed revenue/growth expectations, maximize customer profitability, and insure customer satisfaction/loyalty.
• Specialist will work cross functionally with other team members from Marketing, the Technical Applications Organization, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an Account Executive, POC you will be responsible for: Managing an identified geographic territory which offers Siemens Diagnostic Point of Care (POC) products, services, and solutions to new or existing hospital or hospital owned/operated customers directly and through channel partners and establishes and/or maintains customer and distributor relationships.
The targeted experience is the hospital lab call point, Point of Care or Blood Gas product experience.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the direct and indirect sales of POC product portfolio in assigned geographic area. Product mix to include Blood Gas, EPOC, IT Solutions.
• Responsible for high volume hospital segments
• Prospecting for new business in specific market segment
• Manage and maintain customer accounts
• Achieve sales goals through direct and distribution channels.
• Develops the territory sales strategy for penetrating the hospital POC market through direct and distribution channels.
• Facilitate relationships with Regional Distributor Management teams and Sales Representatives to support the Siemens POC product portfolio in the hospital market.
• Develop growth forecasts and funnels for POC product portfolio and/or distribution channels to ensure the highest level of service to achieve overall goals.
• Meet and exceed sales revenue, profit, and/or expense objectives for direct and/or distribution channel.
• Execute upon Sales and Marketing Strategic Imperatives established by Sr. Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Meeting and controlling expenses.

As we grow as Siemens Healthineers Specialty Lab Solutions (SLS), we are seeking a Specialty Account Executive, Specialty Lab Solutions responsible for direct sales of Siemens Healthineers Specialty Lab Solutions (SLS) Specialty Product Solutions in the assigned region. The Strategic Account Executive, Specialty Lab Solutions oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, develops new business from existing clients and actively seeks new sales opportunities to meet revenue and profitability goals.
This position creates value for customers beyond features and price and delivers solutions that meet customer needs and develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, industry opinion leaders, and upper-level executives. This position liaises with cross-functional internal teams, including Service, Support and Marketing departments to improve the entire customer experience. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within their territories and assists with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. This position reports to the Director of Hemostasis and Hematology and is based in the field.
Responsibilities
• Grows existing and new relationships with IDN, government and sub GPO accounts in assigned territory to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Manages sales pipeline from lead acquisition to quotes by focusing and advancing customers through the sales process, effectively.
• Strategizes, plans, and organizes territory for profitability.
• Manages plans that are strategically focused, including account profiles, sales opportunity assessments, account objectives and strategies, action plans, and value assessments.
• Utilizes data management software to secure territory intelligence and develops a strategy; uses the CRM to record current accurate and complete account information and activity.
• Works effectively with internal functional groups to assist in specialized projects and manages the logistics from start to finish.
• Builds productive and strong collaborative relationships with business partners to drive sales revenue and profitability.
• Functions as a superior resource for peers on territory management, navigation of the internal sales processes, and other company-related matters.
• Acts as a product technical expert and continuously seeks knowledge to assist in answering client inquiries and to aid in working through various technical scenarios.
• Contributes to the achievement of regional sales and profitability goals by working with SLS Leadership to execute on all phases of the sales cycle on the full portfolio of Specialty Products.
• Demonstrates knowledge of new products, services, and trends within the industry, and assists management with the development of sales strategies that identify the Siemens Healthineers Specialty Lab Solutions (SLS) advantage, or address and win competitive challenges in the marketplace.
• Works with the sales leadership for tactical support of special initiatives.
• Makes sound fiscal decisions and assures maximum return on investment for all expenditures.
• Represents Siemens Healthineers Specialty Lab Solutions (SLS) at trade shows and professional meetings.
• Proactively communicates with colleagues to provide both positive and constructive feedback on sales behaviors and activities.
• Conveys timely information to the Sales Director on field sales activities, events, changes, and trends to maximize sales and marketing opportunities.
• Contributes to sales forecasting for the assigned region and works to deliver on each forecast.

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific Field (e.g Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology) or equivalent 5 years work experience in the field of Diagnostics.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Diagnostics.
• Proficient with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong listening skills to learn about new environment and openness toward cultural differences.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong cross-functional team approach to business. Self-starter with ability to work autonomously and at the same time promoting and facilitate a team effort.

As we grow as Siemens Healthineers Specialty Lab Solutions (SLS), we are seeking a Specialty Account Executive, Specialty Lab Solutions responsible for direct sales of Siemens Healthineers Specialty Lab Solutions (SLS) Specialty Product Solutions in the assigned region. The Strategic Account Executive, Specialty Lab Solutions oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, develops new business from existing clients and actively seeks new sales opportunities to meet revenue and profitability goals.
This position creates value for customers beyond features and price and delivers solutions that meet customer needs and develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, industry opinion leaders, and upper-level executives. This position liaises with cross-functional internal teams, including Service, Support and Marketing departments to improve the entire customer experience. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within their territories and assists with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. This position reports to the Director of Hemostasis and Hematology and is based in the field.
Responsibilities
• Grows existing and new relationships with IDN, government and sub GPO accounts in assigned territory to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Manages sales pipeline from lead acquisition to quotes by focusing and advancing customers through the sales process, effectively.
• Strategizes, plans, and organizes territory for profitability.
• Manages plans that are strategically focused, including account profiles, sales opportunity assessments, account objectives and strategies, action plans, and value assessments.
• Utilizes data management software to secure territory intelligence and develops a strategy; uses the CRM to record current accurate and complete account information and activity.
• Works effectively with internal functional groups to assist in specialized projects and manages the logistics from start to finish.
• Builds productive and strong collaborative relationships with business partners to drive sales revenue and profitability.
• Functions as a superior resource for peers on territory management, navigation of the internal sales processes, and other company-related matters.
• Acts as a product technical expert and continuously seeks knowledge to assist in answering client inquiries and to aid in working through various technical scenarios.
• Contributes to the achievement of regional sales and profitability goals by working with SLS Leadership to execute on all phases of the sales cycle on the full portfolio of Specialty Products.
• Demonstrates knowledge of new products, services, and trends within the industry, and assists management with the development of sales strategies that identify the Siemens Healthineers Specialty Lab Solutions (SLS) advantage, or address and win competitive challenges in the marketplace.
• Works with the sales leadership for tactical support of special initiatives.
• Makes sound fiscal decisions and assures maximum return on investment for all expenditures.
• Represents Siemens Healthineers Specialty Lab Solutions (SLS) at trade shows and professional meetings.
• Proactively communicates with colleagues to provide both positive and constructive feedback on sales behaviors and activities.
• Conveys timely information to the Sales Director on field sales activities, events, changes, and trends to maximize sales and marketing opportunities.
• Contributes to sales forecasting for the assigned region and works to deliver on each forecast.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific Field (e.g Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology) or equivalent 5 years work experience in the field of Diagnostics.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Diagnostics.
• Proficient with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong listening skills to learn about new environment and openness toward cultural differences.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong cross-functional team approach to business. Self-starter with ability to work autonomously and at the same time promoting and facilitate a team effort.

As a Service Technician
Specialist within the Siemens
Healthineers R&D team, you will be working in an environment that is constantly changing and

Environmental Health and Safety policies are being followed.
· Enhancing and
continuously maintaining and improving the overall Research and Development
(R&D) lab infrastructure, which includes SPECT and PET medical imaging
systems, test equipment, and radioactive sources.
· Planning and executing
key project activities and providing status reports on progress within an agile
environment.
· Meeting project
timelines and demands by troubleshooting, scheduling, and moving medical
imaging systems as necessary.
· Performing medical
imaging system audits to ensure configurations, as well as hardware and
software versions, are compliant with internal processes and standards.
· Collaborating with Development,
Service, and Manufacturing teams on creating innovative requirements to improve
the serviceability and manufacturability of the products.
· Leading the
performance of service and manufacturing testing, as required.
· Collaborating with
manufacturing on simulating the required system configuration and environment

As a Service Technician
Specialist within the Siemens
Healthineers R&D team, you will be working in an environment that is constantly changing and
developing. You will be the first to
work on new and up-and-coming medical technology, and become the subject matter
expert on system serviceability. In this role, you will be responsible for
keeping the test lab facility fully operational by troubleshooting and spearheading
the repairs of any system or lab related issue when they are discovered and

is best suited for someone who is a self-motivated leader, willing to step in

As a Service Technician Specialist, you will be
responsible for:
· Taking ownership in engineering
lab related activities, such as the servicing and troubleshooting of new and
developing medical imaging systems and technology.
· Developing and
maintaining best practices in the lab environment to ensure that all
Environmental Health and Safety policies are being followed.
· Enhancing and
continuously maintaining and improving the overall Research and Development
(R&D) lab infrastructure, which includes SPECT and PET medical imaging
systems, test equipment, and radioactive sources.
· Planning and executing
key project activities and providing status reports on progress within an agile
environment.
· Meeting project
timelines and demands by troubleshooting, scheduling, and moving medical
imaging systems as necessary.
· Performing medical
imaging system audits to ensure configurations, as well as hardware and
software versions, are compliant with internal processes and standards.
· Collaborating with Development,
Service, and Manufacturing teams on creating innovative requirements to improve
the serviceability and manufacturability of the products.
· Leading the
performance of service and manufacturing testing, as required.
· Collaborating with
manufacturing on simulating the required system configuration and environment
for the product quality process, as well as supporting related documentation.
· Occasionally traveling
to customer use sites to perform system installation and customer education.
