This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Coag Sales Specialist you will be responsible for: Driving instrument capital and reagent/consumable sales in the Coagulation product lines. This position operates as a key member of the local sales team which includes the Diagnostic sales force. The team works collectively to exceed annual revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Diagnostic sales force to identify customers who are in the buying cycle for new Coagulation equipment. These targets will include both current customers as well as new prospect opportunities.
• Coordinates all sales opportunity-based activities including but not limited to technical presentations, financial proposals, customer references and site visits, positioning Siemens solutions versus competitive options, equipment demonstrations, contracting and negotiating, and working with customer throughout the implementation process when the sale is closed.
• Exhibits keen Customer Relationship Management skills utilizing Siemen’s CRM systems to insure appropriate Sales Funnel Activity, Opportunity progression through the funnel, and Sales Forecasting. Will complete individual activity tracking and business review reporting as requested. Utilizes strategic account planning tools to communicate account strategies across organization.
• The Specialist will be responsible for cultivating long term relationships with key account decision makers ultimately insuring they are a referenceable account. In addition, they will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to exceed revenue/growth expectations, maximize customer profitability, and insure customer satisfaction/loyalty.
• Specialist will work cross functionally with other team members from Marketing, the Technical Applications Organization, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

The Clinical Sales Specialist supports the efforts of the Zone to win prospective business as well as expand existing business where appropriate. Responsible to drive the adoption of Siemens Diagnostic Point of Care (POC) products, services and solutions with clinical customers. Acting as product consultants and technical expert, they will support the evaluation, implementation, and go-live strategies within their geographic territory. This role will work closely with customers and channel partners to establish and/or strengthen relationships to drive continued growth & customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Subject matter expert for all critical care product lines (and competitors) both technically & clinically.
• Manage clinical and technical objections from customers.
• Perform demos of the technology for customers.
• Act as workflow consultant responsible for understanding, evaluating and characterizing current testing patterns and working with Critical Care team to deliver different options to meet customer needs.
• Facilitate relationships with technical buyers
• Develop adoption strategies for accounts (stakeholder engagement, change management, implementation plans) towards to increase the use of SHS POC products.
• Work with accounts to establish laboratory requirements (CLIA, CAP, JCAHO)
• Meet or exceed implementation timelines for Go-Live with account
• Liaison between sales, technical & service organization to drive customer experience
• Participate in trade shows, and other events to position SHS brand.
• Meeting and controlling expenses.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Proven history of successful technical achievement with a minimum of 3 years sales or technical experience
• Credibility and knowledge of hospitals and testing procedures.
• Ability to influence others
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience in driving complex direct and indirect opportunities in hospital market to completion
• High level of presentation skills including ability to present highly technical topics simply
• Ability to motivate and inspire others to exceed their goals.
• Geographically accessible to territory. Preference to reside in assigned territory.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
• Experience selling Point-of-Care Clinical products, Clinical Lab diagnostic products, or Respiratory Therapy products
• NICU experience highly Preferred
• Experience with formal sales training programs, such as Miller Heiman or Sales Challenger strongly preferred
• Project Management background
• Background in Respiratory Therapy, Clinical Lab, Nursing (ED, Critical Care)

As an Account Executive, POC you will be responsible for: Managing an identified geographic territory which offers Siemens Diagnostic Point of Care (POC) products, services, and solutions to new or existing hospital or hospital owned/operated customers directly and through channel partners and establishes and/or maintains customer and distributor relationships.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proficient with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.

Leads initiatives for training of
company sales employees to develop sales and technical competencies including

Our Research and Development team within Siemens

As a Service Technician
Specialist within the Siemens
Healthineers R&D team, you will be working in an environment that is constantly changing and
developing. You will be the first to
work on new and up-and-coming medical technology, and become the subject matter
expert on system serviceability. In this role, you will be responsible for
keeping the test lab facility fully operational by troubleshooting and spearheading
the repairs of any system or lab related issue when they are discovered and
provide feedback to the development team for necessary improvements. We are
looking for an individual who can work both independently and in a team setting
to accomplish the tasks required in an efficient and effective manner. This job
is best suited for someone who is a self-motivated leader, willing to step in
and help wherever necessary.

As a Service Technician Specialist, you will be
responsible for:

· Taking ownership in engineering
lab related activities, such as the servicing and troubleshooting of new and
developing medical imaging systems and technology.

· Developing and
maintaining best practices in the lab environment to ensure that all
Environmental Health and Safety policies are being followed.

· Enhancing and
continuously maintaining and improving the overall Research and Development
(R&D) lab infrastructure, which includes SPECT and PET medical imaging
systems, test equipment, and radioactive sources.

· Planning and executing
key project activities and providing status reports on progress within an agile
environment.

· Meeting project
timelines and demands by troubleshooting, scheduling, and moving medical
imaging systems as necessary.

· Performing medical
imaging system audits to ensure configurations, as well as hardware and
software versions, are compliant with internal processes and standards.

· Collaborating with Development,
Service, and Manufacturing teams on creating innovative requirements to improve
the serviceability and manufacturability of the products.

· Leading the
performance of service and manufacturing testing, as required.

· Collaborating with
manufacturing on simulating the required system configuration and environment
for the product quality process, as well as supporting related documentation.

· Occasionally traveling
to customer use sites to perform system installation and customer education.

· You have experience working around
high voltage, moving equipment, and/or robotics.

· You have solid, practical, working
knowledge of electronic hardware and software.

· You have practical knowledge or experience
in mechanical systems and proficiency in the use of hand tools.

software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

· You have interest in working with the
latest technology and are willing to learn about new software and hardware
solutions.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in an
electronics or mechanical related field.
Relevant experience and education are considered depending on field of
expertise and experience background.

· Minimum of 5 years hands on experience
working with complex integrated electrical systems, preferably in nuclear
instrumentation or radiation detection systems.

· Previous experience with field
service work on SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT, or other modality imaging systems is
highly desirable.

· Computer software and networking
skills with Microsoft Windows based systems is desired.

· Experience in a large-scale
manufacturing environment, including manufacturing engineering, test, quality
control, etc. is highly desirable.

· Experience with FDA regulations,
ISO 9001 requirements, and sAFE or other quality-controlled design processes
and manufacturing environments is highly desirable.

The Business Development Executive reports to the Business Development Director, for Siemens Healthineers Core Laboratory Solutions.

Position Overview

The Business Development Account Executive is a field-based sales position responsible for growing revenue at assigned integrated delivery networks. Focus will be on overall revenue growth for Siemens core lab product lines inclusive of chemistry, immunoassay, automation and information technology.

Responsibilities

• Execute account strategy to win new instrument deals across competitive and incumbent accounts
• Support Business Development Director to develop relationships with key decision makers focusing on core laboratory opportunities of large accounts (e.g., IDN and academic hospital laboratories)
• Maintain and update Shareville Customer Relationship Management tool to ensure visibility and accuracy; maintain and update Miller Heiman blue sheets to reflect account strategy
• Coordinate with Healthcare Consulting Services and Informatics Specialists support the sale cycle
• Develop and nurture C-suite relationships to secure business contract commitments in the central lab product groups
• Drive teamwork with the Siemens Healthineers Strategic Corporate Accounts organization, sales, technical and service organizations as well as develop strategy and implement tactics to achieve sales goals
• Own the executional outcome of new instrument deals under defined account strategy
• Manage and resolve business problems, especially in dynamic environments
• Act with good judgment and decision making, aligned with SHS LD commercial strategy

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Track record of commercial success in laboratory diagnostics or med tech market
• Ability to Collaborate on capital sales strategy and execution
• Strong business acumen of financial metrics, how to quantify our value proposition, and best-in-class ways of working
• 3+ years of experience in clinical diagnostic sales, corporate accounts, or hospital purchasing organizations.
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to lead without authority
• BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
